The front desk and rooming staff are consistently excellent. They are kind, helpful, and professional. I have never felt judged by them, but I cannot say the same for the providers. When I brought my concerns to the owner, the response was completely unacceptable. I was met with anger, hostility, and nonstop interruptions. Won't give a four day bridge refill on two necessary medications. I have an appointment on Thursday and today is Monday they won't cover it. Better off going to Nystroms. I didn't like the size of Nystroms, but at least they wouldn't just leave you hanging out to dry like Kai Shin. I've been getting 10 day supplies of meds when you normally get 30. They keep wanting me to come in and take ua's which I dont mind, but I haven't failed one yet and their so addimant about them its annoying. Their just looking to cover their back... read more
"Kaishin" (改心) in Japanese translates to "to be reformed," "to correct behavior," or "to change one's mind". Kai Shin is by far the best addiction clinic I've been to. I remember meeting Dr. Sasaki in 2020 at the St. Paul detox center, and I've been seeing them ever since. Without them I'd be a homeless alcoholic instead of a recovering one.ありがとう、カイシン ❤️
The people at the front desk are very nice. A couple of the doctors I've seen are great! There were a few doctors I didn't prefer but I found others here that I really liked. The nurses (I think? the ones that do vitals and UA's) are always friendly and kind. My doctor really listens and validates me and is really well educated. They are starting primary care here and I'm really lucky to be able to have my doctor be my PCP and my medication provider. The office is always clean and pleasant.
