This company is pure class and professionalism. Unlike the vast majority of all the other pool builders on island they actually do the work themselves. They do not hire subcontractors to do the work. They have an excellent crew and they know what they are doing! I was ripped off from another pool builder and I can assure you this company knows their stuff and they are honest. I have been trying to get a quote from Kai Pono for 2 months. For one week straight I called them every day and no one ever answered the phone. I have left several voicemails and sent several emails with no response after the initial response. I was very dissapointed that they have yet to respond. It is very unprofessional.
