Tim, Rach and the team are amazing. We engaged them to give us advice on putting a granny flat in the backyard of our investment property, to increase rental yield and capital growth. The information and analysis they provided on the costs and potential benefit was comprehensive. It allowed us to confidently make a plan for this property based on numbers and not guessing and hoping. I can highly recommend these guys as they are great at what they do!
Tim and the team at Kai Konstruct were excellent from start to finish. From the initial consult they offered excellent service and advice, on what had the potential to be a more challenging deck build than we initially thought.
