We worked with Kai Konstruct on the building of our new live in granny flat. We couldn't speak more highly to the whole experience. From start to finish, the team was great with great communication. We couldn't recommend them more highly and would definitely work with them again .
I’d heard that Kai Konstruct were the best Gold Coast granny flat builders, but I didn’t realise they also do renovations and new home construction. We approached Tim for help with a second dwelling on our property after being recommended from a colleague. Tim and his team are first class as far as professionalism, transparency and have a very client focused process during the initial stages of design and quotation. Its professionalism to a level I haven't seen in the construction industry before, we can't recommend Tim and the Kai Konstruct team more highly.
Kai Konstruct were recommended to us for their professionalism and workmanship. They have been wonderful to deal with throughout the project management and major reno of our '96 home in Miami.
