We have been working with Kai for a few months now. We do their build cleans. They are absolutely great! Their builds are great quality. As a client they amazing with communication, jobs are always ready and on time. Would definitely recommend Kai!!!

A different type of builder! I just wanted to say I’ve been really impressed with the granny flat build by Kai Konstruct happening next door! The biggest thing for me has been how respectful and polite the team has been the whole time. They’ve kept noise pretty reasonable, everyone’s been really friendly, and they’ve clearly made an effort not to disrupt the neighbours too much, which honestly makes a big difference. Kai Konstruct was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The quality of their work and the final product exceeded our expectations, and the team was fantastic to deal with every step of the way. We worked with Kai Konstruct on the building of our new live in granny flat. We couldn't speak more highly to the whole experience. From start to finish, the team was great with great communication. We couldn't recommend them more highly and would definitely work with them again .
