Easily one of the worst food service experiences I have encountered. Food was delayed to the point I missed out on vacation time with family I rarely get to see. Employees mentioned multiple times that I was next in line, yet multiple people were served food in front of me, despite the fact I had an online order that was scheduled beforehand. Stay far away from this restaurant! We ordered online and our food said it was supposed to be ready at 1:08pm, but was not ready until AFTER 2:10pm. There weren't even a ton of people at the restaurant either. The owner did not even care either - showed zero remorse, did not offer anything, said he did not care if we gave him a 1 star review. We wasted precious time on vacation sitting here waiting for our food to be over an hour late.
Genuinely one of the worst experiences I have ever had from a restaurant. Our order was supposed to be ready at 1:08 PM. It was ready AN HOUR after the order was put in. Management offered nothing in compensation and said it’s “normal” for orders to be delayed 45+ minutes. I don’t understand ONE WHOLE HOUR late. Management was not understanding at all that we had to sit and wait that long for our food. Do NOT go to this establishment
The food is really good but the service is SO SLOW. There was a short line when we arrived and it took like 30+ minutes to even order
