Called them about 6 times and emailed them twice. Never got a response, never got to talk to a human. Not a good thing for a lawyer to not pick up the phone or return calls

I recently talked to Charise seeking advice on health insurance documentation I had messed up. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the subject matter and was able to give me excellent advice. But beyond that, she was kind, personable and reassuring (which greatly decreased my anxiety!). I would highly recommend this firm.
