I work for a local venue and have hired Kai to photograph several music events for us. From one photographer to another -- his work is highly skilled, and he excels greatly at capturing human moments. Beyond the camera, he is simply a joy to be around, always professional, and adaptable to any situation. Definitely dont think twice about hiring him for your next event, wedding, portrait shoot, etc!

I’d choose Kai again for our wedding day in a heartbeat. He was so personable and easy to work with. He made taking pictures fun and comfortable for two people who aren’t naturally great in front of the camera. We really appreciated the time and care he took to get to know us on our first call together, finalizing the timeline for the day, and helping everything go smoothly. My husband and I hired Kai as our wedding photographer for our April 2024 and we are so happy with that choice. We had some unexpected changes to our wedding timing due to family health issues and Kai was super flexible and able to work with us on the new plan. He was warm, professional, and made us photo-averse people comfortable in front of the camera. I'm thrilled with the breadth, quality, and quantity of pictures he delivered and I'd recommend him to anybody looking for a photographer!

Kai was the perfect photographer for our kid's wedding. He was everywhere, but unobtrusive. We appreciated his willingness to roll with the punches, as our wedding was during a blizzard in the gorge! Communication was fantastic, and everyone loved him! If you are an LGBTQ+ couple, know that Kai is a wonderful wedding photographer for you. We cannot say enough good things!!
