The billing staff is not competent. The office decided to bill me recently for a charge from 2021 that they did not file properly with insurance. I notified Dr. Fu in person in July and let him know I was having trouble with the billing staff being unresponsive. Since then I have spoken with nurse Kelly, who left a message for Dr. Fu and Janet then I spoke with Ashlyn in billing who sent a message to Caroline and Sandra and months later I still have not received a call back to clear up this matter.
