Kai did an amazing job taking an ugly sand mound in our front yard and turning it into a beautiful flat front lawn. He has tremendous attention to detail. Always on time. Here everyday until job was done. We highly recommend him. You do not have to live with that horrid hill any More!!!
Kai was a excellent to work with. He cleared, put in a driveway, culvert, septic, and dug out for our basement. He was very knowledgeable, nice, and easy to get a hold of and timely. Would highly recommend him for any of your excavation or landscaping needs. A+++
We had a big project that involved shoring up our creek side from erosion as well as protecting our house from flooding by building a berm and adding a drainage pipe. We also wanted to ensure the finished project left our property looking natural and not commercial. Kai addressed all our objectives in an efficient and well planned manner. Kai did a fantastic job dredging my 1/2 acre pond. I had several bids ahead of Kai that were way over budget. Kai took the time to understand what I needed and my budget constraints. He is extremely resourceful and knowledgeable. He worked with PennDot, EPA and local experts to ensure we complied with all guidelines re wetlands, culverts etc. We only had a few days window to work given weather conditions and Kai uncomplainingly worked long days in very cold temps to get done. Kai not only took over a job that was left half completed but he spent so much time and energy helping me figure out the best and most aesthetically pleasing solutions to the water and flooding problems I was having with my streams. He built a new crossing bridge over the stream and reinforced the walls with huge boulders to along the stream beds. His work was exceptional and I highly recommend him.
