Unprofessional communication. Doesn't have the courtesy to respond to messages. If communication is a indication of their work I'd never use them. Engaged Kai to install ceiling fan, replaced faulty sensors for outdoor lightings and install new power point for my kitchen island. He and his staffs have done a wonderful job, very professional and friendly. Reasonable cost too. Would engage his service again if needed in future. Highly recommended
