I LOVE this whole TEAM!!! It's not just one person that makes you feel special, it's everyone in the office! They all treat you with respect and kindness! But also, they are so professional and knowledgeable in their field! I can't tell you how many times I've cried "happy" tears in his office from feeling like I'm actually being listened to, to getting my first socket and it being EXACTLY as I envisioned it!! Plus... Abby is just a "gem"!!! Hahaha They're stuck with me for life!!
I have been bringing a friend to Kai Davis for several weeks now and have left each time thinking about the experience each trip. I have never been to a clinic that has displayed more kindness and hospitality to their patients. In my case, my friend has only recently lost his leg so is still feeling so much emotion and loss so the staff here has made a huge impact with their empathy and encouragement. Kai Davis and his team are absolutely the very best when it comes to experience, procedures & care. I've always felt I've been in the best of care. Such attention to detail and spending much needed time with each visit, making sure all my concerns and needs were met and taken care of. They been like a family to me as I enjoy seeing them with each visit. My best to Kai and all his attendance as they've greeted me with a smile and taken care my needs swiftly and with the highest capable experience.
So thankful for everyone here. I've been a highly active amputee for 12 years and since moving to N Texas 5 years ago, I had been going to another provider, but I never felt very well served. On a suggestion from a major foot manufacturer, I've now seen Kai and his staff twice. Awesome.
