Our pool was handed over just before Christmas and we couldn't be happier with it. The pool, and the whole experience from day 1 has been fantastic. Karen and Steve, and the whole crew, are extremely friendly and professional. I'm almost disappointed the build phase is over! Highly recommended.
We have just had our hand over with Kahuna Pools. Steve and Karen and the crew were super helpful from start to finish and have delivered a beautiful pool with no hassles or problems. Highly recommend.
Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience with Steven and Karen. Steven came to our house and gave us a quote, but after he returned home, things became very disorganized due to Karen’s involvement. Over the next three weeks, she kept changing the prices and sending us different quotes, which caused a lot of confusion. Poor communication and bad customer service.
We absolutely loved our experience with Kahuna Pools. Steve was fantastic meeting us on site and providing a quote quickly and efficiently. Karen was amazing at ensuring all of the admin side was always completed. They are a great team who build exceptional pools! We highly recommend and couldn’t be happier with our new pool!
