Seems the same has happened to me they will rob you of your security deposit and won’t return calls and they will not follow up. They took over Water’s Edge Apartments in Tucson AZ from AZ 1st Reality and immediately fired everyone, daily grounds keepers, maintenance tech, etc. they stopped cleaning the grounds and they will not refund my security deposit of $1125.00 stating I owe a for a mail key… I had to go to USPs on Speedway Blvd. and pay $35.00 to get my mail key made for my mailbox and they are claiming damages for no... read more
I turned in my key to University Crossings Apartments on the last day of June 2025. It’s now been over 90 days, and I still haven’t received my security deposit. Every time I follow up, I get the same useless response: “There’s very little we can do.” Apparently, Kahuna Management is the one responsible — a fact I had to dig up myself because the leasing office either wouldn’t provide the info or claimed they didn’t know it.
