They were very friendly & helpful when I placed my order. I appreciated them taking very special care when delivering the flowers and the bouquet was beautiful! I'd definitely recommend Kahului Florist. Their communication was superb from beginning to end.

Thanks to Tara for creating a beautiful wreath for my friend's remembrance gathering. With great suggestions the arrangement was perfect for the occasion, and with a very reasonable delivery option, greatly reduced the stress level when friends flew in to attend the event. It is my better half’s birthday and I was having a little trouble online so I called the shop and the customer service was great! The woman on the phone was very cordial and more than happy to help me! She took my order and helped me every step of the way! My order was delivered a few hours later and she loved it! Definitely would recommend and will be a repeat customer!!! Mahalo Kahului Florist!

Second time I’ve gone since they’ve changed up the place a while ago. And I can’t be more impressed with the customer service. I was worried I wouldn’t find anything on time for Christmas, but Tracy (I hope that is her name) helped me find anything I needed including a beautiful bouquet of flowers that they could have me pick up on Christmas Eve.
