I have been coming to classes for a couple of months now and I absolutely love it! The atmosphere is high energy and they offer modified moves which is perfect for me because I have some limitations. My first class i had to take several breaks now I can last the entire time! I would recommend anyone who is looking for a fun place to get moving to come to Kah’Ture Fitness!!

I attended the class today , and I’ll tell you best class , I’ve ever went to . Great people to be around , she tells you what to do and to follow her and just kind of relax and find your focus and just follow her . Great time will definitely be returning

Amazing fitness center. Instructors take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you’re at. I feel 10 years younger! Highly recommend Kah’Ture Fitness.

I started this class on Monday and it has been amazing. The instructors are so nice and do not make me feel out of place even though this girl can’t dance! The moves are fun and make for a great work out by the end I can feel every part of my body has been worked out and I am for sure feeling the burn. These ladies have given me a fun and proactive way to get my butt off the couch and get moving will be going there always. If ya want a fun and great work out check out Kah-Ture ladies you will not regret it.
