Dr. Khan is a wonderful Dr. My husband loves him. He is truly caring. Recently he has changed staff ! His old staff was caring .Fit you in when needed bec my husband on Dialysis and it's important that if he needs to be seen they were there for you caring!!! Now it's like a" business". I called bec hospital wanted him to seen within 3 days but they wanted to give him an appt. next week!!! I explained the situation and it just went to the wayside! No compassion! I literally cannot get through to the office.... the phone is off the hook. I do not appreciate calling my doctors office and not being able to get through to ask questions or make an appointment. I've been coming to this office for over 10 years!!!!! Never has it ever been this bad! Wow. I'm about to find another doctor. Update: Amazing staff at Dr. Kahn's now.
