The communication through text was not the greatest when it came to getting an answer but other then that the service was good.
I became very frustrated with the service technician. Cedrick I think was his name. I had a full metalcloak system on jeep. They required that it be taken off to get to the parts needed to repair my 4xe. That total cost was 456.00 and change to take off and replace. The system was not reinstalled correctly. The technician disagreed and stated that they only had to take off 2 bolts to repair it. He became defensive and I got mad.
