Joe the service manager, Christian my service advisor and the whole service team did an outstanding job! I am glad to see customer service is back at Kahlo!
I was traveling and in town for only a couple days and my diesel truck needed an fuel filter replacement, the Kahlo team was able to fit me in on a Monday morning and quickly complete the replacement. I was able to begin my trip home timely, a stress relief.
Had an appointment but employee ( who was let go that very evening) forgot to write it down, but they rotated my tires for the inconvenience. Very professional and appreciated.
