Budd and his team took us through the process of renovating our dull, dark, Pepto-Bismol pink 1980s bathroom to something bright, open and cheerful. They expertly redesigned the floor plan for openness and efficiency to exactly what we envisioned. In 2024, Kahler enclosed and finished a screened-in porch to make an enclosed sunroom. Also they added a third bay to our existing 2-stall garage. The quality of the work and material was excellent. Budd worked with us on the design and was a pleasure to deal with. Budd and his subcontractors are very qualified and personable, and concerned with doing the job right. This was a big project for us and the price was reasonable. I recommend them highly for both large and smaller projects.
We did a 60-day makeover with Budd Kahler Construction in a 55+ community. Budd is excellent to work with, understands exactly what his clients want, and gives attention to every detail of the project. He advises and steers the project in a positive direction even when you are making a not-so-good choice. We contracted with Budd to build us an In-Law suite / 1sr floor bedroom and bath. It’s 320 ft2 with full bath, Spilt heat/Air system, with a doorway into our home. Budd, his team and subs were all fantastic. A professional, high quality, and great to work with on a project that was critical to our family.
