I researched jewelry appraisers in my area and found several who wanted me to drop off my pieces, leave them for several weeks (when the traveling appraiser came to town?), and provide a report with no interaction with the appraiser. Working with Tracey was a breeze. My fiancé's engagement ring was done just 2 days before we left for our trip where I would propose. Tracey got me in at the end of the day last minute, and made the process and enjoyable one. Getting to sit with her as she inspected the gem/ring felt like a nice touch too. Overall would absolutely recommend. Very professional and easy to work with!
