Working with Tracey was a breeze. My fiancé's engagement ring was done just 2 days before we left for our trip where I would propose. Tracey got me in at the end of the day last minute, and made the process and enjoyable one. Getting to sit with her as she inspected the gem/ring felt like a nice touch too. Overall would absolutely recommend. Very professional and easy to work with!
