My name is Lekwon Okeke, I visited the St Joseph ER January 31st 2019 with trigeminal neuralgia pain and could not open my mouth due to intense pain. Dr Kahl Jakub after assessment ordered Norco 5mg 325 oral. I didn’t take it and explained to him by writing as I could not talk at the time that that wasn’t what I needed as I had trigeminal neuralgia.
