EXCEPTIONAL...WHILE WAITING IN SURGERY WAITING ROOM, I WAS ABLE TO SPEAK WITH OTHER PATIENT FAMILIES THERE AS WELL AND ALL FEEDBACK WAS VERY POSITIVE LIKE WE EXPERIENCED.. SEVERAL TRAVELLED LONG DISTANCES JUST FOR HIM....HE IS WELL INFORMED AND TAKES HIS TIME ANSWERING ALL CONCERNS. HIS ASSISTANT, NURSE MCKAILA LIKEWAS VERY ACCESSABLE AND FAST IN RETURNING CALLS AND HANDLING ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS. THANK YOU BOTH
