Update: all issues resolved, misunderstanding and miscommunication- the team Erin and Dr K helped solved problems with me and my son. His general report is all improved.
Horribly unethical...I was diagnosed with sleep apnea and my Dr referred to him. We talked for 5 minutes where he asked some questions, then told me I had 3 options. Cpap, mouth guard and never got to the third. I wanted the Cpap and he said great, I could have one today. My insurance is bad so I asked what it costs. A girl came back in after 10 minutes to tell me it would be about $800. I've looked them up online and can get them for $400, so I asked for a prescription so I could buy one She went to ask the doctor and came ... read more
The staff is horrible to deal with. Extremely rude in person and you are lucky if anyone calls you back when you call. The Dr was rushed with my visit and results. He didn't even tell me what condition I had just how I was going to be treated. I recieved bills several months after services. When attempting to call and ask questions I never got a phone call back. Save yourself time and go elsewhere. There are plenty of sleep apnea doctors in the area with better bedside manner and friendly staff.
I would definitely recommend to avoid this Doctors office at all costs. I was with them for 3 years following a heart attack, Dr. Kagzi will not listen to any of your concerns, he also will not fill prescriptions and if there is a balance of any sort which is completely illegal. They withheld my daily medications over a long weekend over a 40 dollar balance, and then I was scolded by the doc to not be nasty to his "Wife" the "Accountant" after I reemed them for what they had done...
