Great builder, out of all contractors I have used in the past Kaglis construction was certainly the best in West island of Montreal. They completed a 2000sqft extention in our place in Beaconsfield including Kitchen 2 bathrooms all the windows of our house in 3 1/2 months. Thank you John and Lisa for the fantastic job and attention to detail.

I used John's service few years back for converting my basement powder room into a full bathroom. The service was exceptional, John identified a mold formation, he brought an inspector to find a root cause and fixed the problem. We hired John to work on a 750ft extension above our garage, redoing the exterior of our full home and other remodelling work done to the rest of the house and could not have been happier! My dad is a duplex home owner and he rents two apartments. One of the apartments which includes the basement was abandoned by his ex-tenants and it was left in a horrible condition.
