Dr. Kagen is a young, dedicated doctor. If he is unsure about a diagnosis, he does not hesitate to ask his colleagues in other specialties to help the patient. Our family of 5 needed PCR Covid tests Results for travel on 12/27. Tests had to be done on 12/24. Dr Kagen got it done! Smooth and easy (for us) and results on 12/25! Huge relief!
