This office is extremely unprofessional and unethical. Despite having a very large number of tests done (thousands of dollars in labs), they ultimately told me they didn’t know what was wrong. This was especially strange considering I had many markers come back positive. Instead, they sent me on my way with a piece of paper containing a diagnosis given solely for insurance purposes (that I believe is completely inaccurate given my results). I found this article to be especially helpful in my efforts to reduce inflammation. I'm a disabled veteran with acute spinal stenosis due to an accidental compression of my spine during service. Changing my dietary intake to exclude certain types of food, as suggested, makes sense. Hopefully, I can get back to enjoying my hobbies with a few changes. Inflammation causes me daily pain and suffering.
Unprofessional and disorganized office. I’ve had multiple issues with this rheumatology office, particularly with the staff handling insurance. The person in charge clearly lacks the basic knowledge of how to work with insurance providers and does not follow the instructions or policies outlined by my insurer. I used to go to this office and they were good. I have some issues with biologics so that ended my visit. Recently I had a really bad flare up and I returned to this office. The nurse practitioner that greeted me was not nice. Ask me a few questions about surgeries and things like that and when I gave her the answer she corrected me which she was wrong about my answer.
