Everyone is very nice,friendly and caring. Great doctors and staff.
I showed up for my scheduled and confirmed new patient appointment today only to be told “there are no appointments today and the doctor isn’t in. My coworker spoke with you last week.” I spoke to no “coworker last week”, received no text, or email alerting me that my appointment was canceled. I would not have taken time off work or drove almost 40 minutes to be there, if I had known I no longer had an appointment. No apologies or care given. I’m absolutely appalled. I came here after months of feeling incredibly ill and seeing just about every specialist under the sun to get to the root of what was happening to me. After months of my issue being a mystery to other doctors, Katie at this practice really heard me and believed me! It pains me to write this. As i try to never write poor reviews. My primary goal is not to bash the office but to make sure any other patient doesn’t have this happen to them. experiencing some reaction for months i was finally sent to this office. The PA was over an hour late. No one came to get me. Or update me. Nothing. I finally went into the room after an hour. Where the ma took vitals etc. then another woman came in for x rays. I love the team at Dr Kage’s office. Daniella is so thorough and wonderful to work with (even when I’m a difficult patient). If you want a compassionate, caring provider you can’t go wrong here.
