I dropped in for a few classes while I was in town for work, and I’d heard nothing but great things about this gym. It more than exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming and friendly. I’ve been training Muay Thai and BJJ for quite some time, so jumping right in was seamless. Great quick workouts at the kage fit class!!
This is the best gym in the 334 area or maybe it might be the best gym in Alabama. The facility is huge for a MMA gym and they have real professional and amateur fighters that have been training for years. I would recommend this gym to anybody that lives around a 60 mile radius to come here it’s worth an hour drive but I only drive around 20-30 miles but it’s worth it every minute.
