Absolute garbage. Complete failure at communication ands basic maintenance. It took 5 weeks for them to connect my gas stove just so I could even turn on gas through the city. They did not consider this worth deduction from rent until weeks of arguing and in the end only deducted $100 while I spent 5 weeks unable to cook food for myself.
