Craig is an amazing therapist! He is truly the best at listening to any and all issues you may have. Even during COVID, he’s been great with setting up televisits and accommodating to the best of his ability. I would recommend his services 10 times over!!!!
Kafko has amazing and knowledgeable therapists that go the extra mile and meet their clients where they are. It's refreshing to be able to sit and talk with a therapist that is able to validate clients' experiences. Through their validation, clients are able to feel more connected to the world and less isolated.
I visited this practice prior to covid and I have remained with this office during Covid because they are professional, meticulous, kind, understanding, and thorough. Craig has gone above and beyond to be able to deliver tele-services to me through these hard and trying times. Whilst NYC was not taking full action against Covid in March of 2020, I went in for a visit and they were following safety guidelines that were not mandated at the time and for that im so grateful.
