Nice relaxing atmosphere with a great menu.
I was denied access to this establishment stating that the health department does not permit them to have a service dog on their carpeted seating area. (No other carpeted restaurant in Coos Bay has ever stated anything the like). I called the Coos Bay department of health and they denied this claim! I have filed a complaint with the American Disability Act (ADA.gov). I highly recommend anyone else with bona fide service dog go to this restaurant and file a claim with ADA until this issue is resolved!!! Shame on you for discr... read more
We were denied access to the seating area where there was carpet because we had a service dog with us. They blamed the health department and that they require this. We contacted the local health department in Coos County and they agreed that this is above their jurisdiction and cannot require this. ADA allows a service dog to go wherever its owner goes.
