I, feel that I must tell as many people as I possibly can about how good you they care of you the customer! Through the years I taken my BMW my expectations have always been greatly exceeded, and the work your shop did was far better than the work that was done at BMW their alleged BMW certified technician", AT NOT ONLY AN HONEST PRICE WITH A SMILE BUT HALF OF THE PRICE.

Great little place to have work done on a foreign car – The Kaferhaus does great work at a fair price. Bear in mind that they can't get parts for pennies on the dollar and that this is a small shop with a small staff, so a fair price may be a little more than what you're used to paying. They will try to help you keep your repair costs down, suggesting inexpensive workarounds to repairs you don't really need.
