Extremely disappointed in Kaeser service. Annual service cost 25% of total cost of compressor for essentially an oil change. No pre-quote or estimate was given, no itemized receipt, no explanation of billing, zero feedback after multiple calls to customer service. Do not recommend Kaeser Compressors, will not buy again.

Their driver is rude and unprofessional. Doing 45 in a 65 zone brake checked my semi grossing 80.000 and using cell phone while driving whilst flipping me off. What a joke for representing a company. I 65 north mile marked28 and 19 8 15 am
