Service response time is excellent. Called Friday afternoon to report there’s a fault with the dryer. The technician arrived 8:30 Monday morning. The fault was corrected and the technician explained to maintenance personnel what was performed. The fault was the result of a blown fuse, a minor issue. This is a fault that maintenance personnel can now correct within a few minutes.
