Very unprofessional in every aspect of business sales. After reaching out to them with some quotes from different salesman/sub distributor/authorize Kaeser dealer, they came back to me saying they(“the boss”)can not honor the quote they gave me when I said I wanted to go with their sales representative. Told them I’m going with atlas copco company instead, because their customer service is superb and with no hesitation they said ok. Funny how big company such as Kaeser allow such practice. Kaeser is absolutely HORRIBLE!! Kaeser is unaware of what good customer service looks or sounds like! They are overpriced so save yourself the hassle and buy from a different company.
