The folks at Kaen have been taking care of my nails for a year and I will absolutely not consider going anywhere else. Their nail artists are the best I have ever had, and they're all SO sweet. People compliment my nails everywhere I go and the nail art always exceeds my expectations. This is the type of place that makes you really feel cared for. Highly recommend Chie and Kazuo, they are the best.
Went today for nail appoinment. Nobody greet when I came in even they saw me, they just opened eyes and decide not to greet and say nothing . nobody in front desk too. I stood in front and wait for the nail tech, after 5-10 mins, a woman black mid length hair suddenly stood behind me and ask me with very offensive tone' you have an appoinment?' She's one of the person who saw me came inside and no smile, no greeting. Ridicoulous.... she's very rude, and terrible. Awful experience.
Their nail skills are excellent, and they are very friendly. I highly recommend this place for anyone who loves Japanese nail styles!
The salon is very clean and has a botanical vibe. My nails look beautiful too, I'm definitely coming back!
I broke my natural nail on my trip to Vancouver, not only did they repair it amazingly and fast, my stylist was very sweet and didn't even charge me anything after! Must go!
