The man was very rude over the phone and in person when getting car tittle and plates. Made it seem like it was a hassle just to be there. Got my plates but won't be back.
Both Mr. Morgan and his wife/secretary were quite rude over the phone. He refused to cooperate with a legally appointed POA to obtain copies of document in his possession. A complaint with the IRS is being filed.
