I absolutely adore Dr. Murphy. My insurance changed and I would 100% pay out of pocket to keep coming back to her. My first pregnancy was a wonderful experience as well as the c-section. She is amazing!
So far I’ve loved the care I’ve gotten from Dr. Murphy, but for the past week anytime I’ve tried to call the office nobody answers the phone. I’m not sure if they’re short staffed, but I can never get ahold of anybody with questions I have.
I really appreciate the care and attention I receive from Dr.Murphy, but I’ve noticed some concerns regarding the support staff. On several occasions, when I’ve stepped out of the exam room to ask a question, I’ve observed one medical assistant on their phone and another resting or sleeping. Additionally, I’m often not informed if there are delays or if the doctor is running behind schedule. I wanted to share this feedback in hopes of improving the overall experience for patients.
First time there and office staff from the start was so friendly (which is so important coming from someone who works in a doctors office). The appointment ran on time and everything was SO efficient. Everyone made me feel so comfortable and the Dr was very nice and professional. Thank you!
