My experience here was horrible from start to finish. The service is the worst I've ever dealt with. There is a clear language barrier, so I showed them a picture of the style I wanted. They completely ignored it and did a rubbish job. When I tried to politely address the problems, they became aggressive and uncooperative. Do not waste your time, energy, or money visiting them. I cannot stress enough how terrible this place is.
I’m taking my hair down and my real hair was cut I also asked for my edges to be taken out and we even took them out together and she still braided my edges in and she gave me a longer length I did not want and said I should tip her. They do not care about the integrity of your real hair.
Ok to be perfectly honest for months i was wondering why people stood in line as early as 550am to get there hair braided . Well now it was my turn because i needed my hair braided and had not been to a Braid salon in years. I got in line around 620am… they opened the doors on time at 830 picked my hair color, blended it and we got started around 930am.. my hair is beautiful but it did take 13 hours. I wish they’d just start taking appointments because I had to show up at 6am to stand in line to make sure I was able to get my hair done. But I love my braids! I got small butt length boho that lasted me 3 months. There’s a guy in there that comes and clean up he’s very nice! I left the shop late and he walked me to the corner and made sure I made it to my car safely! Love that!!
I had seen braids done by the shop East on 87th street in Chicago. I was very excited to get my hair braided after a long time without braids. I arrived around 6:00am. I waited outside in the hot 93 degree sun. I was second in line to be serviced. The manager arrived around 8:30am. She looked at the people standing in line with a frown on her face on her phone .
