I've been going to Dr. Chang for a couple of years as my primary care physician. I have a basic discomfort going to Physicians, but he is very calming and I did not feel rushed. I recently had an appointment with his nurse practitioner Katherine Stoll. She was very friendly and did not rush the appointment.
I have been sick with upper respiratory infection I spoke to staff gave them my symptoms she was very rude . A week later still sick saw nurse practitioner she was rude would not listen that I was congested ears filled up and had congestion in lungs. Best I can describe is Dr Chang staff has lost their compassion and are not listening to their patients. I have only been a patient for little over a year. I will be looking for another Dr.

This doctor is fabulous!!!! Caring, smart, takes his time to explain what's going on and what options are available for treatments and he's very personable (the last of my concerns if I'm wanting someone to figure out what's going on with me), that's just a bonus!!! He sees 3 generations of my family and we all feel the same as above. Office staff is wonderful!!!
