My daughter and I have been coming to Kady African Braiding's Richmond location since 2018. We always have a good experience and our braids are beautifully and neatly done. Today, I had an unfortunate experience with my braider and felt compelled to write a review. I initially booked an appointment for small knotless braids. The only reason I’m giving them a one star is because Google will not let me give them a 0 star rating. I went on yesterday May 25th for what I thought would be a nice twist style and ended up walking out the door looking like the lady with the snakes sticking out her head. The hair they told me to get didn’t match the style I wanted and the lady that braided my hair tells me I should’ve gotten Cuban twist hair instead.
