Today I unfortunately had to file a claim for an accident. You’re probably wondering why I would give 5 stars when being in a tough situation. The reason for that is how easy and efficient the state farm app was. In less than 24 hours someone contacted me and they assigned my rental car by the next morning. It was the best case scenario for a tough situation.
Mary was great to speak on the phone with and explained why certain parts of the policy were important that I hadn't thought of. I now have both my auto and home insurance policies with this group and no longer split between the insurance company and the broker. Glad I found this team.
Gabe has been absolutely AMAZING! The entire staff is amazing as well! I had some changes I needed to make to my policy as well as some questions and not only was Gabe attentive, knowledgeable and had a genuine interest to help, but my experience with this office has been a pleasure for the 3 years I’ve worked with them.
