Yeah should've trusted these reviews before going in. Went in with my mom and everyone was put in priority over my mom. Not people that looked miserable or else we'd understand. But it was clear my mom was miserable. Fast forward an hour and a half, my sister confronts the front desk. Lady is rude second lady a lot nicer. PA-C Cade Stephen’s only went based off the symptoms I was telling him he didn’t even ran an IV on me or blood work or run any tests!! knowing I been drenching of a fever for the past 4 days felt like completely shit (still do) I also felt really dehydrated and all he said it’s the viral flu and will go away on its own. Receptionist girl rude as hell. Update: went to Lourdes emergency come to find out I have bronchitis

I did not know what was wrong with my heart, only that it was beating very fast. They got me in immediately and began diagnostics. My heart rate was 154 beats per minute. I was in AFib. They moved quickly but calmly. They shocked my heart to get it back into normal rhythm. I was surprised at how completely it was equiped as an ER. It was January, so an ambulance crew bundled me up and took me to the main hospital. Everyone was competent, absolutely professional, friendly, and caring. Thank you - you were GREAT. DP
