Waiting over four hours for a splint we were told over an hour ago we were waiting on the tech to come off lunch which was supposed to be any minute. We’re still waiting. In addition not only are the floors visibly dirty, but my daughter took her boots off and slid a short distance and her white socks were black on the bottom afterwards.

I want to first start off by saying this levee is very clean and filled with very friendly and helpful people. Although there are some things that I think need to change, like when you walk in you tell the front desk lady why your there then tell the lady when you go in and do your blood pressure then tell the nurse then tell the Dr. OMG can we just tell 1 person. I don't understand why we wait so long in rooms especially when there's not that many people there? Also we wait so long for are discharge papers. There should be ... read more

My 3 year old non-verbal with autism was seen by Cade S Stephen’s Tuesday because he couldn’t drink or eat without vomiting and he told me not to come in unless it was an emergency and I came to the same place twice and my son is still experiencing the same symptoms and having diarrhea and I’ve had to miss work to go to the er for my son just for the dr to tell me it’s not an emergency which is very frustrating because my son is still sick having to go to the er again.

I was in here for 5 hours, everyone is so slow moving and all you hear are nurses/drs laughing. I asked for ibuprofen multiple times for my cramps and I kept getting told it was coming. All for a male dr to tell me they couldn’t even pull my IUD out, and then when I asked for a prescription for birth control he sent it to the pharmacy saying I need to take 2 a day, and the pharmacist had to call multiple times to get ahold of the said dr and get the correct prescription. Came in because my child was sick and running a fever my child possibly had a seizure was blow off by receptionist check in lady and the Dr. Horrible tried explaining things and the Dr was just rude. We sat in the room for 45 min before someone came in. They could have at least told us that someone would be in for awhile
