Immediate vitals, then a 2 hour wait in the waiting room, once my daughter was actually taken to a room the care was great.

Out of all the hospitals I've been to in the Tri-Cities, this one was friendly. They listened to my concerns, had the tech, and did a lot of blood work.

I stopped in to use the restroom, and I understand I may not be looking the best today, but the security guard at the front door responded to me like I was garbage and came knocking on the door like I was up to something just a few minutes in to using the restroom. Pretty poor and unfair customer service. Ten out of ten don’t recommend

I am writing to formally report a serious incident that occurred in the Emergency Department, which raises significant concerns regarding patient safety and adherence to emergency care protocols. A woman experiencing symptoms of a cardiac arrest arrived at the Emergency Department and was officially checked in upon arrival. I went here because I was getting tested for ovary cysts, they did my blood work wrong and I repeatedly asked for the procedure to stop. I was dizzy, anemic, and in panic. I was physically restrained and the nurse laughed while continuing the blood draw without my consent even if I said I didn’t want to do it they didn’t care they ignored me and kept going on
