I have been dealing with a right shoulder pain and limited motion issue off and on for 20 years. Finally this week I decided to look into my options for relief. Appointment with Dr Ostler. From the receptionist, Medical Assistants, intern and Dr Ostler great and friendly team. We have a plan going forward to address my shoulder issue. No delay getting an x-ray for diagnosis and quick response for scheduling physical therapy. Great professional team at West Richland Primary Care.
Great service deserves acknowledgement. As a "walk in" at 3.00 pm, from sign in to leaving after getting 4 xrays - 10 minutes!
Thier amazing I love the attention given by everyone but especially Dr Halverson she ordered what I needed been coughing for 2 months and I have pericarditis and is so painful thank you from front desk to nurses lab and xrays Thay get a 100 on my scale
