Follow up phone call to find out where coffee order was
If you want the job done right you've got to do it yourself. My item was rescheduled for next day delivery TWICE because the delivery driver was a small framed female who wasn't fit for task.
Broke my tiles on delivery. When I called Jo to ask if there was an accident or was my pallet dropped. She wasn't there Monday so didn't know. No apology care factor of zero. I will never recommend this company as they don't give a hoot about your freight! Whether it gets there in one piece or a million..who gives a dam?? Not Kadina Freight!
