Kadilak Fitness is a great gym! Gyms always intimidated me but 8 years ago I found Kadillac. I’ve participated in some classes and personal training as well. All of the trainers are wonderful and always have your best interest at heart. The people are friendly and I’ve made some good friends as well. It’s the best!
