Working at Kadiant has been life changing. My job satisfaction and work/life balance is at the highest it has ever been since working as a professional in the field. When beginning at Kadiant I was unsure of my long term goals, but three months in I was guided and encouraged to pursue the next steps in my career. I am now pursuing to become board certified and Kadiant has even paid for part of the course program.

Kadiant is the company where I have received the most support and assistance in my work compared to the other work places. I have been working at kadiant for 3 months. what make me like working here is the flexible hours and the excellent training system. My supervisor always supported whenever I need help. The company also pays for me to have the opportunity to learn more to improve my career.

Working at Kadiant for these past 2 years have been absolutely life changing. I've learned so much working with children that have diffrent learning disabilities that I truly look at life a bit differently. Watching my client's learn a new skill and implement it in their day to day activities is amazing to watch and very heart warming. Here at Kadiant we do tremendously amazing work for our clients and the progression of our clients is very exciting to see!
