I was driving this morning a car behind this black truck but we both stopped at the light so I happened to catch the business name. Work performed: Kitchen remodel, wall removal plus flush beam installation, main level floor refinishing with additional design and architectural elements. I contacted Kadi Design Build on 12/9/21. Jon came out and submitted a proposal in a timely manner on 12/20/21, including allowances for fixtures of my choice. I confirmed with Jon in writing that if I can find better pricing than he can offer, the difference will be deducted from the cost. Alternately, if my selections exceed the allowance, I am responsible for the overage. It took Jon a week to respond to my questions.
