I like my doctor a lot. Do why the loss of two stars? The referral nurse. The rude front office staff. The last time that I saw the doctor I asked for referrals and medication‘s that I have been on for years and need a specialist to follow up with. It has been almost 6 weeks and I have yet to hear back from anyone in his office about the needed referrals or diabetic medication so you really need to keep on top of the people at this office in order to make sure that there is follow-through. Dr. Kadhium and his nurses are the best! They treat a patient as if it was their own family. It’s hard to find care like this anymore!
1st visit - short, abrupt and dismissive. Front staff, even worse than the doctor. Referrals to specialists - whoever they can find taking patients. They don't even try to find someone close. They don't even ask what's convenient, and being that I can't drive, 6 cities away is not in any way convenient. Only for the specialist to not be available to you for 5 months! Prescriptions - You run out of meds because the doctors office didn't put it in on time (Crucial meds btw), the pharmacy is telling you to call your doctor. You... read more
