No contact after they get your 403b contributions. Fees are very high. Service is almost non existent. Took a Herculean effort on my partto roll over my account to Fidelity. When they did send the check they failed to specify it was a 403b rollover, delaying the deposit and requiring several phone calls to Fidelity, who did an excellent job helping.
I would give a 0 if possible. My wife has tried contacting them over a year with NO response. We left PA and would like to know hot to transfer the money. We have filed a complaint with the SEC. Don’t trust your money here.
Fees are ridiculous.
