Over the phone they were kind and friendly. Pulling into the area made me nervous (was looking for a bigger car repair shop). Service was quick and easy; the two young guys really went above and beyond not only making me feel more relaxed but replacing the coolant line for me in my Ford Focus. Very reasonable price for the time. Will be back for future car repairs and will tell my friends.
