I hired Kade construction to install hurricane screens/ windows, and I couldn’t be happier. Derrick was professional, showed up on time, and delivered high quality craftsmanship. The entire process was smooth and efficient. I would definitely recommend Kade to anyone looking for reliable and skilled contractors.
Derrick and his team are top notch. I have unfortunately cycled through so many less than desirable contractors before using Kade Construction. The craftsmanship and attention to detail that Derrick and his team have is a rarity. It’s hard to find honest and reliable companies these days but I was lucky enough to find Kade Construction. I cannot recommend them enough and I know who I am calling from now on!
BEWARE is not a strong enough word to describe dealing with Kade Construction. We signed a contract in May 2024 (13 mos ago) for hurricane shutters with installation date in August 2024 timeframe. We signed the contract one month after two neighbors signed same contract—their shutters were delayed but installed December 2024. Beware of this company. We contracted him to install 3 roll down motorized hurricane screens. it has been 1 year now and he will not come to finish them.
Derrick and Miguel did a fantastic job installing a 14 foot hurricane screen on our lanai, and replacing a large window with an impact resistant version. They worked quickly and efficiently, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.
