The community, teachers, and teachings have helped me make my life meaningful. The meditations help everyone find some peace. Anyone wanting a chance to study and practice a complete and very blessed spiritual path will be so happy to discover the center. Everyone is welcome!
I have only attended a meditation class a few times in my life time.... My first thought was 3 hours, how will i sit still......Well our teacher was excellent and the 3 hours went by in a blink of an eye......Thank you......
