We engaged Kadabra Group for two apartment renovations in the Jolimont area on a design and construct basis. Their knowledge and capabilities is of the highest standard and their ability to overcome significant complex issues has been nothing short of impressive. We’ll done Karen, Daniel and the team. We are certainly looking forward to engaging Kadabra on future projects.

I'm living within 20 metres of 3 building sites. By and large the tradies have been reasonably considerate of local residents. However, there always seem to be some that think they are entitled to blast out loud dance music while working. Odd behaviour when most are wearing ear buds or ear defenders anyway. I will put up with the construction noise but I won't tolerate this. The builders that have control of these sites don't seem to care or prevent this from happening. Kadabra is one of these.

We used Kadabra as the builders on our recent renovation. All the interactions we had with their team, and by extension their sub contractors/trades, were professional and enjoyable. They were always happy to talk us through the process and answer any questions we had. Both our neighbours also commented on how pleasant their team was, which was great feedback for us as they are important relationships and we were conscious that they were either WFH during the renovation or had living spaces in close proximity to the build.
